Do you work out, try to eat healthy, and love videos about health and wellness but can't seem to actually put what you learn into action? Do you obsess about what you eat or how much you exercise but don't feel fit and healthy? There is so much information out there and we could watch YouTube videos for ever about weight loss. But why is it that once we have the knowledge of what to do we can't do it? I felt exactly like this and realized that the missing piece is emotional fitness and well being. We all have parts of us that don't want us to lose weight or get healthy because they are afraid we will get hurt if we do get fit.
I use the most effective methods to reveal and bring to light the unconscious parts of you that are running the show. I will help you access your highest self which is compassionate, creative, curious and much more. You will learn how to be the loving leader inside of yourself and work with all the parts that stop you from reaching your fitness goals.
I know how painful this can be to want to just do it, but you can't. There's a part inside that wants you to eat late at night and not work out and watch Netflix! And there are parts of you that are hurt and need you to help them heal. I will help you through this process to love yourself to health and well being at the deepest of levels. There is hope! You are not alone lets work together to realize your fitness goals!
